Getting started here at CrossFit DeWitt is very easy.  


​1.  Please come in about 15-20 minutes before class time to give you time to meet Tex, fill out a form and get an overview.  Then you get to try the WOD (workout of the day) to see what it is like.  This initial class is FREE.


2.  You do NOT need to be physically fit to start CrossFit.  We have all levels of athletes and, while you will do the same workout as everyone else, it is scaled to your current athletic ability. You do things in a personalized way for you. Please make sure that you have your doctors OK to work out.


3.  Come with a good attitude.  Wear/bring comfortable clothes to work out in.  Make sure your sneakers are ready for a work out. You may also want to bring a water bottle.


That's all!  It's that easy.  CrossFit DeWitt is a great group of people that are very supportive of each other, you included.  That kind of support is one of the key components to your success.
