I started training at CrossFit DeWitt in Sept. 08 and at that time couldn’t complete a 1.5 mile run with out oxegen. Now after only training 3 days a week for arox. 20 min. I can run a 7 min. mile. I have also lost 26 lbs. and 12% body fat. I would highly recommend CrossFit DeWitt to anyone serous about drastically developing there conditioning level.
