I wanted to say thank you to everyone at CrossFit Dewitt.  I was there April 29th and April 30th and had a great experience.  Everyone both staff and members were very welcoming.  Even though I was from another affiliate I did not feel like an outsider.  I want to thank everyone I worked out with for the encouragement and the push to get through.  I would like to thank Josh who took time to work on my ring muscle up progression and Austin who worked with me on my pull while doing cleans to increase my elbow speed.  It says a lot about your affiliate that you’re willing to work one on one with someone who is not a member of your gym.  I believe Crossfit Dewitt embodies what Crossfit is all about.  The attitude of the members and the welcoming family atmosphere that begins at the top with Josh is great.  I would be honored to be a member of your box and train there on a regular basis.  To you members that do train there:  Keep working hard and always learn something knew and as you already know you will see some amazing results.  Austin, good luck at the games!  Thank you all again very much…Dom
