Run 200 Meters
All this is done while holding your favorite Med. Ball

Practice Cleans and deadlift
4 x 800 meter run ( we are doing this in a linear format)
Rest 3-4 Min. between sets
AMRAP in 20 Min.
3 Squat Cleans
2 Jerks
1 Over Head Squat
Use a weight thats heavy for the Over Head Squats. If you find it light for cleans and jerks just improve on your speed..
Prepare for Monday. Don’t forget NEW SPORTS TRAINING HOURS START THIS WEEK! 4:30.
