WOW, made it - 28:15 Josh kept telling me it would get easier, don't think it ever did until I got to about 4, 3, 2, 1.....Just crawled for the Advil bottle! Now time for Zone dinner
19:58. Deadlifts were hard. Had to drop 30 lbs off after 3 sets. Still had poor form, back was sore the next day, got to work on that. Kettlebell swing was tuff also. Didn't get easier until I got down to the last 3, 2, 1 though.
26 minutes plus truly awful!!
