Perform each exercise for 20 sec. work and 10 sec. rest. Stay on one exercise until you have completed 8 rounds

85 jumping pullups
45 ring dips
55 40# weighted lunge
80 overhead square with a broomstick. Overhead squads are really hard for me. Weak and inflexible shoulders still i guess.
63 pull ups, 84 lunges, 24 ring dips (they sucked) don't remember how many overhead squats
