200 points. Couldn't get into a good rhythm with the wall balls or snatches.

So my final rep count was 216, but I subbed 25lb squat snatch and elevated pushups. The wall balls were insane!

I'm glad I have some rowing experience because I was able to get 104 calories on the erg. That helped but that also made the box jumps crazy hard. What a workout!

I have major shoulder flexibility issues and Josh was nice enough to spend an extra half hour teaching me some new stretches and strengthening tools. I appreciate it.

2nd crossfit experience. Did half the WOD along w/ some foundation work courtesy of Josh... Thought my heart was going to explode on the wall balls. Good stuff.
