4:12 on the deadlift/burpees at 225#. 7:42 on the buy out. That was a umm plesant surprise. My legs were gassed after the first wod.
5:13 time...deadlifts #135...burpees killed me and def. gotta start running more! but loved it being such a short wod, that is until the buy out surprise hit...OVERALL GREAT WORKOUT ![]()
5:18 with 225#. The deadlifts sucked. 7:37 (i think) on the buy out.
