That actually wasn't too bad. 14:25 as prescribed. The row and pullups were probally the most difficult for me.
One of the hardest workouts I've done in a long time. You know how there is suppose to be a light at the end of the tunnel? I couldn't see it haha. But regardless I'm glad I put myself through that.
