PR'd my power clean at 235#, can't get my squat clean form down. 19:59 on the wod. The burpees sucked the most, as always.
didnt quite get to finish the 3 rounds..
2 full completed and finished rowing and 19 pullups of 3rd round.
clean squat: 145 (if i can remember correctly)
185# squat clean, 18:25 for the WOD
