CrossFit Dewitt for adults
We use CrossFit methodology to transform some people into elite athletes and some people into healthy individuals. Regardless if your a new mom or a high level athlete all of our programing is scalable to fit your fitness level. CrossFit is “functional exercises done at high intensity with constant variation”. We see CrossFit as a competition and fitness is a byproduct. Every day you come in to CrossFit DeWitt you’re competing against yourself or someone in the class for a better time or more weight than you lifted before. That’s why this is so addicting. If you were a competitive athlete in high school or college and are bored with going to your local globo gym and spending hours getting minimal results than this is the program for you. If your current program does not include balance, strength , coordination, , flexibility, power, cardiorespiratory endurance, stamina, accuracy, speed, agility then your just minimizing your potential and wasting a lot of time. Beware if you start you will be addicted!
Getting started at CrossFit DeWitt
Call to schedule our intro lessons. This will consist of explaining how we run our programs and what type of workouts you can expect. We will also cover the basic lifts and nutrition. These sessions have to be scheduled prior to going to our group program.
Pricing is $125 for the first month witch includes our foundation program. $100 for each additional month after that, all pricing includes unlimited classes..
